Latinos are the fastest-growing demographic of entrepreneurs in the U.S., with the potential to add 5.3 million new jobs and $1.5 trillion to the economy in the coming years. By 2030, McKinsey & Co. estimates that 1 in 5 American workers will be Latino. In 2021, in 2021, startups and companies with Latino founders received less than 2% of all VC funding, according to Bain & Company.
