Camera specifications have been enhanced, particularly in the Ultra model, which now includes a 50MP ultrawide camera. Battery capacities and charging capabilities have also been improved across the lineup.
Pricing for the new series remains consistent with previous years, starting at $799 for the Galaxy S25, $999 for the S25 Plus, and $1,199 for the S25 Ultra. Preorders are available from January 22, with the official release date set for February 7. Customers can purchase the devices through Samsung, Amazon, Best Buy, and various carriers.
The Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus will be available in multiple color options, with additional online-exclusive colors available on Samsung’s website. The S25 Ultra offers its own color choices, including exclusive possibilities.
Notable features include Google’s Gemini AI chatbot, accessible via the power button, and AI Select for dynamic recommendations. The series also introduces call transcription and summary features, Circle To Search with audio identification, and natural language search in Samsung Gallery.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra stands out with its refreshed design, featuring rounder aesthetics and thinner bezels. It also incorporates the new Gorilla Glass Armor 2 for enhanced durability. The S Pen stylus has changed, with the removal of Bluetooth connectivity, although the S Pen Pro still supports Air Actions.
