Lincoln Unveils 2025 Navigator with Panoramic Display and Enhanced Features
Lincoln, Ford’s luxury vehicle brand, has announced a significant update to its largest SUV, the 2025 Navigator. The new model, debuting during Monterey Car Week, features a striking panoramic display that spans the entire dashboard, marking a bold step in the brand’s interior design evolution.
Following the 2024 Lincoln Nautilus, the Navigator becomes the second vehicle in the lineup to incorporate Ford’s Android-based digital dashboard. The continuous curved displays extend from pillar to pillar, offering a more integrated look that aligns seamlessly with the door trim. This design update includes contrasting speakers on the sides, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality.
The Navigator introduces an innovative entertainment feature called Pano mode, allowing video streaming and gaming on either side of the 48-inch Panoramic Display. This feature sets it apart from the Nautilus, which currently limits such activities to the central touchscreen.
In a first for the brand, the 2025 Navigator will debut Lincoln’s “Rejuvenate mode,” a spa-like experience that combines soothing sounds, scenery, seat adjustments, massagers, heating, and air freshener scents for a 5 or 10-minute relaxation break. Additionally, the vehicle will offer a waterfall meditation experience in partnership with the Calm app, accompanied by a complimentary one-year subscription for owners.
The interior upgrades extend to the second row, which features adjustable captain chairs equipped with massagers, two touchscreens for entertainment, and a 5.8-inch center control screen for climate and other functions. The third-row seats are foldable, and the vehicle boasts a split tailgate that opens automatically upon approach.
Exterior updates align the Navigator more closely with the new Nautilus, featuring a refreshed fascia and a lightbar across the middle. Under the hood, the Navigator retains its 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 engine, with no hybrid option currently available.
As Lincoln continues to evolve its lineup, the company has plans to release three new fully electric vehicles by 2025 and a fourth by 2026, although recent statements from the brand’s CEO have indicated potential delays in meeting these deadlines.
The 2025 Lincoln Navigator’s blend of cutting-edge technology, luxurious comfort, and thoughtful design updates positions it as a significant player in the luxury SUV market, reflecting Lincoln’s commitment to innovation and customer experience.
