Orange and Durham counties will be able to pick up free N95 masks beginning this week. Orange County Public Library and Inter-Faith Council for Social Service sites will begin operating Monday. Durham County libraries will be open Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m., Friday through Saturday and Saturday.
