The desk’s lifting mechanism operates smoothly at approximately 2 inches per second. While the motor is slightly louder at 61 dB compared to some competitors, it wasn’t found to be disruptive.

The main drawback of the Flexispot E7 Pro is its challenging assembly process, which could be improved with clearer instructions.
