Anker Unveils Ultra-Slim MagSafe Power Bank with Enhanced Charging Capabilities
Anker has introduced its latest innovation in mobile charging technology – a new slim MagSafe-compatible power bank. Measuring just one-third of an inch in thickness, this sleek device packs a robust 5,000mAh battery capacity, offering users a portable and efficient charging solution.
The power bank boasts several notable upgrades, including 15W Qi2 wireless charging speeds, a significant improvement for faster phone charging. It also features a bidirectional USB-C port capable of delivering up to 20W of power. However, users should note that when both outputs are utilized simultaneously, wireless charging speeds are reduced to 5W, while the USB-C port’s charging speed drops to 12W.
Apple enthusiasts can exclusively purchase this new power bank through Apple’s online and retail stores. Available in blue or white, the device is priced at $49.95, marking a $10 increase from its predecessor, the MagGo 621 Magnetic Battery.
Compared to the older MagGo 621 model, which measures 0.45 inches in thickness and supports wireless charging speeds up to 7.5W, this new offering from Anker represents a significant advancement in both form factor and charging capabilities.
The power bank is compatible with iPhone models from iPhone 12 onwards and extends its functionality to Android devices that support Qi2 specifications, broadening its appeal across different smartphone ecosystems.
This latest release from Anker underscores the company’s commitment to innovation in the mobile charging space, providing users with increasingly compact and efficient power solutions for their devices.
