Ultimate Ears Unveils Compact Miniroll Bluetooth Speaker
Ultimate Ears has launched its latest offering in the portable audio market, the Miniroll Bluetooth speaker. This compact device, now available for purchase, marks a significant addition to the company’s product lineup, providing a more portable alternative to their popular Boom series.
Priced at $79.99, the Miniroll is currently the smallest and most affordable Bluetooth speaker in Ultimate Ears’ catalog. The device revives the disc design previously seen in the company’s discontinued Roll and Roll 2 products, measuring approximately 4 inches (105mm) in diameter and 1.9 inches (48mm) in thickness.
Weighing just 9.8 ounces (279g), the Miniroll is designed for ultimate portability. It features a built-in strap for easy attachment to bags or belt loops, enhancing its versatility for on-the-go use.
Durability is a key feature of the Miniroll. The speaker is drop-proof from heights of up to 47 inches (1.2 meters) and boasts an IP67 rating, making it resistant to dust and water. It can withstand submersion for up to 30 minutes, ideal for outdoor adventures.
The Miniroll is equipped with USB-C charging capabilities and offers up to 12 hours of playback on a single charge. It has a Bluetooth range of up to 40 meters in open spaces and includes the “PartyUp” feature, allowing users to pair multiple Miniroll speakers for increased volume. However, it’s worth noting that the Miniroll is not compatible with Ultimate Ears’ Boom-branded speakers.
Available in black, gray, pink, and blue colorways, the Ultimate Ears Miniroll can be ordered today through the company’s official website and Logitech’s online store. This new release represents Ultimate Ears’ commitment to providing diverse audio solutions for consumers seeking portable, durable, and high-quality sound experiences.
