China’s Caixin/Markit manufacturing purchasing managers’ index (PMI) index eased to 50.4 in July from 51.7 in June, data showed. PMI eased from 50.3 in July to 50.7 in July, data released on Monday showed. China’s PMI index eased from 52.1 in June to 51.4, according to the latest data from the Caixins/Markits/Caixin survey by Markit/Markitts. The index is based on a monthly survey of manufacturing activity in China, China and the rest of the world, including the U.S. manufacturing sector.
