Japanese Pet Fish Go on Shopping Spree with Nintendo Switch

In Japan, a pet fish’s gaming habit has caused its owner some financial trouble. The aquatic creature managed to log onto the Nintendo Switch store and change their owner’s avatar. It then set up a Pay Pal account which allowed it to purchase items from the store without any human intervention. As a result, an unexpected credit card bill was run up by this mischievous pet fish!

This incident highlights just how easy it is for anyone with access to technology and payment methods such as credit cards or PayPal accounts can make purchases online without needing permission from those who own these accounts. This could be especially problematic in households where children have access to devices connected with adult-owned bank accounts or other payment options that may not be monitored closely enough by parents or guardians.

The lesson here is that if you are going to allow your pets (or even children) free reign over your electronic devices, you should take extra precautions when setting up passwords and security measures on them so no one else can use them for unauthorized purchases – even if they do happen to be of the finned variety!
