Travelers Warned Not to Board After Airline Suffers Second Shutdown

Passengers were dealt a blow overnight when Flybe, the UK’s largest regional airline, announced it had gone into administration and ceased trading. This is the second time in just over two years that Flybe has collapsed, leaving thousands of passengers stranded.
