
Gov. J.B. Pritzker said the state has acquired nearly 10 acres in the Dirksen Business Park located for $1.55 million. The new facility will be programmed to achieve, at a minimum, LEED Silver Certification for data centers. The Rebuild Illinois capital plan appropriated nearly $80.5 million to CDB, which will oversee the project’s design and construction.
