Additionally, Charlotte has low unemployment rates and strong job growth making it easier for prospective homeowners to find work in order to keep up with mortgage payments if needed.
Other notable mentions include Indianapolis Indiana; Tampa Florida; Nashville Tennessee; Austin Texas; and Denver Colorado all offering similar benefits, such as lower-than-average prices and high employment rates, making them ideal locations.
