Microsoft Activision Deal: EU Regulator Responds to Favoritism Accusation

The European Commission has announced an in-depth probe of the Microsoft Activision deal. The regulator is investigating the proposed acquisition of Activision. A controversial tweet by an EC employee further complicated matters. Now, the regulator has clarified that Ricardo Cardoso is not involved in the investigation and he is allowed to tweet in a personal capacity.
