Interview Terms of Service and Release

By checking the box and submitting your signature on the Interview Booking Form you agree to the following:

  • I hereby grant BizTech Weekly Magazine permission to use the photographs, text, writings, audio, video, or other content (hereby deemed “content”) submitted in their publication including their website & internet postings. 

  • I verify that I have the right to publish the people in the content shown and that I own the rights to have this content distributed, published, or otherwise promoted by BizTech Weekly Magazine as they see fit for their publication. 

  • I certify that this interview submission and all ancillary content and materials of art are not plagiarized from another source.

  • I understand that the picture(s) (or other content) I submit to BizTech Weekly Magazine may be used in their publication in print or digitally as well as on their website and other social media and internet postings.

  • I understand that by completing this form only allows BizTech Weekly Magazine to use my photos, text, writings, audio, video, and all other content in their publication, and at no time will BizTech Weekly Magazine assume rights to the photos (or other content) themselves, other than me allowing them the right to publish the photos (or other content submitted and should they then post pages from the publication on their website or in internet postings.

  • I understand that BizTech Weekly will modify the content I have submitted to best suit the nature of the interview as it is deemed beneficial to both parties. I understand that I can request my interview and content be taken down at any time by emailing [email protected].

  • I understand that at no time shall I be paid, re-imbursed, compensated, given a free magazine, or given royalties, now or at any point in the future by BizTech Weekly Magazine.

  • I hereby irrevocably authorize BizTech Weekly Magazine to copy, exhibit, publish or distribute these photos, text, writings, audio, video, and all other content in their publication for purposes of publicizing myself and BizTech Weekly Magazine in their publication, website or internet postings or for any other lawful purpose.

  • I also give the right for BizTech Weekly Magazine to make any necessary edits (i.e., crop/resize, grammatical fixes, interview text restructuring) to fit the publication.

  • I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge BizTech Weekly Magazine from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on the behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

  • I certify that the person or ALL person(s) in the photo(s) are at least 18 years of age.  If they are under the age of 18, I certify that their parent or legal guardian has given approval.  I have read this release and I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.

  • I affirm that all given statements to the magazine are true. As the provider, I also understand that submissions of content, or completion of release, is not a guarantee of publication. If Work is published, it is the duty of the provider (and not BizTech Weekly Magazine) to notify all involved parties of their involvement in the final product.

  • I understand that my submission must be written in English, adhere to editorial quality guidelines, and be free from significant grammatical and stylistic errors. 

  • I understand that the price I paid for this publication correlates with the assumed traffic count, and I have no unreasonable expectations of traffic boosts or sales. 

  • I certify that I am submitting this interview primarily for social proof and online presence and not as a form of revenue-generating traffic and have no expectations for such otherwise.

  • For the Google Index addon: I understand that manual URL submission to Google only guarantees indexing, not ranking. Furthermore, I understand that if my content is deemed “duplicate content” by Google, the interview will not be indexed (duplicate content is essentially a word-for-word copy of your interview on another site.)
