Cities where houses sell fastest near Nashville

Stacker compiled a list of cities where homes are closing the fastest using data from Redfin. Cities are ranked using a weighted average of the days listed for sale for every month between April 2021 and March 2022. Hendersonville, Tennessee, is the fastest-selling city in the country. Murfreesboro, Tennessee is ranked No. 1 in the nation’s top 10 cities with a median median home sale price of $325,163. Nashville has the highest house price in the U.S. history, followed by Smyrna, Smyrne, Tennessee and Nolensville, N.C.
